Description: One of a series of museums and places of interest within the town of Biggar. Biggar Museum Trust rescued this 17th century farmhouse from its original site some 13 kilometres away. They rebuilt and refurbished it in 1975. Here you can return to the troubled times of the 18th century.

How to get there: By car: On the A7202 road from Edinburgh to Lanark (via A 73) and South. Easily accessible also from the M74 Glasgow to Carlisle motorway. By public transport: Regular public transport from Peebles and Lanark.
