By car: Leave the A68 south of St Boswells, opposite turn off to Ancrum, onto B6400. 2 miles to Monteviot.
By public transport:
Regular bus service from St Boswells to Jedburgh passes road end. Then 2 mile walk.

Seasonal opening details (2017):
1st April to 31st October.

Opening Hours:
Gardens: Daily from 12noon to 5pm, last admission 4pm.
House:1st to 29th July only.
Daily from 1pm till 5pm, last entry 4.35pm.

Facilities:
Free Parking and Disabled Toilets,
Refreshments Available - no food

No dogs allowed except for special needs dogs.
