This fine bridge dates from 1770 and was an important element of the Duns to Grantshouse and Dunbar Turnpike which was opened in the 1840's. Today there are fine views along the River Whiteadder.

How to get there:
By car: On the A6105 Duns to Grantshouse road where it crosses the River Whiteadder just south of Preston.
By public transport: Regular bus services from Duns to Eyemouth via Preston and reston.
